Plaza Bilbao

Plaza Bilbao is a 120.000 m² proposal in the area of Jumbo Bilbao hypermarket of Cencosud S.A., which includes a subterranean shopping mall and a new Jumbo hypermarket, offices, hotel, and a gastronomic promenade integrated to a public use square.

The project includes new uses and is a contribution both their neighborhoods and the city. Respond to the demand of new needs and opportunities of a growing place, delivering more than 6.000 m² of space for recreation and green areas, and incorporates energy efficiency systems, becoming an example of sustainable development in the world. It anticipates to future projections, positioning itself as a new concept in shopping center and areas of integration, and is a new milestone for Santiago.
